ABOUT THE PROVIDER

Crystal Goods (She/Her/Hers) is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 14 years of clinical experience, including a background in intensive care nursing. She is the founder of Holistic Haven, a telehealth first psychiatric practice serving adults across Illinois.

She founded Holistic Haven after recognizing a need for psychiatric care that goes beyond symptom management, creating a space where individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Holistic Haven was built to be that space: inclusive, collaborative, and grounded in whole-person care.

Crystal provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and holistic psychiatric support sessions for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PMDD, trauma, stress, and burnout. Her approach blends evidence-based psychiatry with holistic strategies including sleep, nutrition, movement, and nervous system support. She actively collaborates with therapists, primary care providers, and other affirming wellness professionals.

Her care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and queer-affirming, rooted in compassion, authenticity, and thoughtful clinical decision-making. She believes that effective psychiatric care begins with trust, and that every individual deserves a provider who meets them where they are.

Outside of her work, she is a proud dog mom who enjoys creative movement, plants, live entertainment, and good food.
