WHAT WE DO NOT OFFER

To maintain safe, ethical, and clinically appropriate care, Holistic Haven does not provide:

  • Court-ordered or forensic psychiatric evaluations
  • Firearm or gun ownership assessments
  • Pre-surgical or medical clearance evaluations
  • Fitness-for-duty exams

We are also unable to provide documentation for:

  • Individuals who were not established patients at the time of the event or leave
  • Retroactive requests for work or school excuses
  • Time off taken without prior discussion or medical recommendation

Documentation and forms may be provided only for established clients with an ongoing treatment relationship, and only when a clinical need has been assessed in advance.
