WHAT WE DO NOT OFFER

  • Controlled substance prescriptions. This includes stimulants (such as Adderall or Vyvanse), benzodiazepines (like Xanax or Klonopin), and certain sleep medications.
  • Court-ordered or forensic psychiatric evaluations
  • Firearm or gun ownership assessments
  • Pre-surgical or medical clearance evaluations
  • Fitness exams for duty evaluation

We are unable to provide documentation for:

  • Individuals who were not established patients at the time of the event or leave
  • Retroactive requests for work or school excuses
  • Time off taken without prior discussion or medical recommendation


Holistic Haven may provide this service only for established clients with an ongoing treatment relationship, and only when clinical need has been evaluated in advance.
